Notice is hereby given that Washington County will be receiving sealed bids for ‘Records Center Heating and Cooling’, at the Office of the County Controller, to be mailed or delivered to, 95 West Beau Street, Suite 430, Crossroads Office Building, Washington, PA 15301, until 11:00 A.M. Prevailing Time, on Monday, June 1st 2026. All submissions shall contain one unbound original and two copies. Bids will be promptly opened at the time indicated above, names and pricing to be read. Late submissions will not be accepted. 
The above-mentioned bid document may be obtained on or before May 5th from the Washington County website at Washington County PA: Official Website (washingtoncopa.gov). Vendors receiving bid documents are responsible for checking for contract changes and addenda at the website. 
Bidders shall be prepared to offer a complete bid for the HVAC system and its' installation. All bids must be in the format requested and must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and specifications.

NOTICE TO BIDDERS


Notice is hereby given that Washington County will be receiving sealed bids for the Construction of the new “Washington County Public Safety Building”, at the Office of the County Controller, to be mailed or delivered to, 95 West Beau Street, Suite 430, Washington, PA 15301, prior to 11:00 A.M. Prevailing Time, on Monday, June 22nd, 2026. All submissions shall contain one unbound, unstapled original and three copies. Bids will be promptly opened at the time indicated above with names and pricing to be read aloud. Late submissions will not be accepted.

This bid is for the construction of the new Public Safety Building according to specifications, drawings and the bid document in its’ entirety, the submitting vendor should be fully qualified, experienced and insured in professionally completing projects of similar scale and scope. The project will be bid as a GMP (Guaranteed Maximum Pricing) with an associated PLA (Project Labor Agreement). All interested parties shall indicate their interest to the Washington County Owner’s Representative: msgorman@naiburnsscalo.com, the Washington County Project Manager: joseph.bendik@washcopa.gov, and the Washington County Purchasing Team: randy.vankirk@washcopa.gov – dalton.thompson@washcopa.gov in a single emailed or written correspondence to receive the bid documents and drawings package in full.  

Vendors receiving documents are responsible for checking for contract changes and addenda with the contacts above. This notice and the tentative bid schedule will be posted at the Washington County website for review at www.washingtoncopa.gov/purchasing

All bids must be in the format requested and must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and specifications. Bidders shall submit their bid accompanied by cash, certified check, cashier’s check, bank good faith check, other irrevocable letter of credit or bid bond security in the amount of 5% of the total amount of bid and made payable to the order of “Washington County.”

Washington County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bid offers.

Proposers should be prepared to complete site design, architectural drawings, and bid documents for construction for a 300’ x 50’ x 20’ height free span barn, as well as three each 100’ x 60’ horse stable barns at the Washington County Fairgrounds.
